TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Clarification of Terms

In this Service Agreement “Agreement”, "you" and "your" refer to each “customer,” including each person (agent) you designate to act on your behalf. “Auto Pro Finish Australia,” and "we," "us," , "our" and “Auto Pro Finish” refer collectively to Auto Pro Finish. This Agreement explains our obligations to you, and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you purchase. If you designate a person to act on your behalf, you agree that this person is your agent with full authority to act on your behalf with respect to such services and your vehicle/vessel.


Auto Pro Finish will not accept a job without a written agreement. Please refer to the accompanying Vessel Inspection Form for specific information regarding the day and time of your requested detailing services (job) specific to your vehicle/vessel. By using our service, you agree to the terms of this agreement, without modification by you.


1.2 Fees, Terms of Service and Payment

The fee for our service is the agreed dollar amount, indicated as “Completed Service Total” on the Vehicle/Vessel Inspection Form. The term of service is for the amount of time reserved by us to complete the “job” you requested and not for any specific outcome. The amount of time reserved is an estimate since the condition of each vehicle/vehicle/vessel varies. It is possible that the job could be less or more than the time reserved. In the event that your job is completed in less time, the fee will remain the same and will not be adjusted. If the job takes longer than the time reserved, additional time is charged at the rate of $50 per hour for maintenance or detailing, $75 per hour for paint/gelcoat correction and $110 per hour for Ceramic Coating and wet sanding, or portion thereof. If a job will take longer than estimated, we will let you know once we know and about how much additional time it will take. If you choose not to have additional time spent then we will do the best job possible during the remaining time available.


If you have extra/special requests please let us know as the Vehicle/Vessel Inspection Form is written. Any alterations or changes after the initial service order has been issued will be at an extra charge. Any alterations or charges to the initial service order must be approved in writing between you and Auto Pro Finish before any extra work begins. Any changes to fees and/or time, be it verbal or in writing, will not affect the substance of this agreement and all the terms herein will still apply with the new rate and/or time. A 10% deposit is due at the time you book your appointment and hold that time for you. The balance is due in full before, on the day of service or adhere to the terms in our invoice.


We accept cash, electronic bank transfer. You can also pay via PayPal. Please do not leave any payments in the vehicle/vehicle/vessel. In the event an account requires legal or collection action, you agree to pay all cost of collection without limitations for reasonable attorney fees, interest on past due amount, court costs, and all collection costs.


1.3 Cancellations and Refunds

You or Auto Pro Finish may cancel a service at any time for any reason. You will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount prepaid (including the deposit) if you cancel 24 hours or more before the estimated start time of your job. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you agree to forfeit your 10% deposit. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, the 10% deposit becomes a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be subtracted from any amount that you have prepaid. If Auto Pro Finish cancels your appointment you will receive a 100% refund. 



Auto Pro Finish is a semi-mobile service and performs its service out-of-doors. If weather conditions prevent us from providing our service, your appointment will be cancelled, and neither you nor Auto Pro Finish will not be held liable in anyway. If and when this occurs, we will reschedule or you may request a 100% refund. All refunds are issued in the manner in which the original amount was paid (e.g., if paid by cash, the cash will be refunded).


1.4 Determining the Cost of Your Detailing Service Required

Auto Pro Finish must conduct a consultation with you and see the vehicle/vessel or provide detailed photos before we can provide you the total cost, estimate the time AND before we will accept a job. We reserve the right to adjust any over-the-phone cost or time estimate after we have visually inspected your vehicle/vessel. A written estimate is valid for 10 days. An estimate is not binding beyond 10 days of the date of the estimate OR if the vehicle/vessel condition changes between the time the vehicle/vessel was inspected and the scheduled appointment.


1.5 Quality of Service

We want you to be satisfied with our service. For your convenience, and our quality control, we may provide you with a verbal recommendation or comment made on the invoice indicating the various services we provided while cleaning and/or detailing your vehicle/vessel. Auto Pro Finish services help to recondition and restore your vehicle/vessel. No services offered are guaranteed to completely restore the vehicle/vessel to any previous or new condition.


We will try our absolute best to restore the vehicle/vessel to the best condition possible and within the constraints of our resources, time, and expertise. We will conduct a final inspection together, with you, at the end of the job. If, after the final inspection, you find our service unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address your concern. Auto Pro Finish will not be held liable for any concerns after 24 hours of job completion or if you did not complete the final inspection with us.


1.6 Accidents, Pre-existing Condition and Damage

Notwithstanding negligence, Auto Pro Finish cannot be held responsible for damage to the vehicle/vessel while in our care. We are as careful as possible and if something does get damaged while detailing your vehicle/vessel, we will advise you of the incident. If you choose to have repairs done by one of our recommended businesses in no way, are we liable for any further damages to the vehicle while the vehicle is not on our care or on our premises or not being worked on by our owner or staff.


We are only liable for repairs to damage that have been caused by our business and no further damage may be claimed against us. We will check the condition of your vehicle/vessel for any existing damage during the pre-inspection at the time we prepare for the estimate. Additional pre-existing damage may be noted as the vehicle/vessel is cleaned or detailed. We may take pictures of your vehicle/vessel before we begin the job. You agree not to hold Auto Pro Finish liable for pre-existing damage.


What we will not do: Remove the spare tyre, pull out or remove any seats or equipment, reinstall any child safety seat/s. remove Aftermarket Accessories 


1.8 Operating/Moving your Vessel

You authorize us to operate or to move your vehicle/vessel, only if it is necessary to do so. This may include moving the vehicle/vessel so that it can be parked undercover to begin the detailing process. We will not be held liable for any damages resulting in the moving of your vehicle/vessel or weather anomalies.


1.9 Keys

Please make sure the keys to the vehicle/vessel are available to us.


2.0 Providing Feedback and Photos

We ask for your feedback. Please send an email autoprofinish@outlook.com or use our social media pages, contact number provided. We also request that you allow Auto Pro Finish to use pictures of your vehicle/vessel for marketing purposes and to publish on its Facebook https://www.facebook.com/AutoProFinish/ or Instagram Account @aut0profinish. No personal identification of the vehicle/vessel or its owner will be published if this is requested.


2.1 Recommendations & Referrals

You will receive a 10% discount on your next service for providing a Facebook or Google recommendation on behalf of Auto Pro Finish. This discount becomes effective after client’s first service and payment is received and proof of recommendation sighted. Please email us the new client’s name and address and we will ensure this credit reflects on your future invoice. Only one discount allowed per service.
